All Cafe Neros are looking very dated. They need a refurb. The coffee is always good though and the service was great

Absolutely disgusting a bug crawling on muffin, reported it to staff and ignored. Had to ask them to take it out of cabinet. Trainee Baristo under pressure, other chap on phone ignoring everyone. Floor filthy and tables not cleaned. Service dreadful, saw customers leaving as so slow. Will not return
