Small Aldi store new Local format. Range is limited and prices are slightly more than the regular Aldi store. Everything was well stocked and store was clean when I was there. Many self checkouts (5 if remembered correctly) were out of order.

Terrible experience at this Aldi, I ask the worker can you get me a bag and he walked away. I also went to ask again and he ignored me twice and started to argue with me and stated that ? I was on the phone and I wasn?t pay attention ? . I went to the manager to explain my issues and then I was completely dismissed by her and she tried to argue with me and kicked me out of the store that I shop at weekly and I believe that I was discriminated and attacked by two of the same people with the same ethnicity and also racially profiled for being a Hijab , Muslim .I have shopped at this Aldi since it opened and I have never experienced this before.

It's not often I come here and I'm reminded why I'm no fan and rarely go there. I don't get paid for the job you used to hire people for. Can you please put back the tills and staff with friendly faces and excellent customer skills. What's the point of having scan and go if the machines don't work efficiently. Isn't it better to cut it out and have happy customers than customers who'd rather go and wait in a queue at Sainsburys to be served by a smiling face rather than a machine at Aldis which frustrates your dwindling customers?

The current promotion featuring affordable Christmas vegetables has proven to be exceptionally popular. My mother informed me of this initiative, prompting my curiosity, as I intend to utilize the vegetables for my juicing endeavors. It is regrettable that not all supermarkets offer similar promotions throughout the entire year, as such efforts could significantly contribute to promoting healthier lifestyles among individuals.
