Please don?t buy from this company -there is something unscrupulous going onProtect your money If it seems to good to be true it very likely isThere are so many other better companies aroundThere Norbry shop has post stacked up high , bills , utility bills HMRC and yet this company are still ?processing orders ? please don?t lose your hard earned money

Avoid this company. Poor after sale service.Tiles & Tops sold us and installed a worktop in 2017, but last year we noticed that the grout was starting to crack. We contacted them and asked to get this small issue fixed under their 5 years workmanship guarantee. I went to their Thornton Heath shop in September 2020 and managed to get Ahmad to book a repair....but they never came. Despite calling them several times they never did anything about it. What's the point in offering a guarantee to customers if you're not planning to respect it ??!!

Be vary carefull with the comapny. The comapny deceives custumers.I have paid £ 400 bond in December 2020 and until today I cant get worktop for my kitchen. Already past four months, asking for the refund but the company owner hiding, no answering on phone calls. I just made an action against the company in aprile 2021.

Ahmad and his team of templating and fitting have been absolutely outstanding from day one. The professionalism of a small family run business is absolutely outstanding, from the choice of stone, ultra competitive pricing and following up the process with constant phone calls is something that you wouldn?t get from a larger company. It is the BEST worktops company by far, not only I would use again but I would definitely recommend. Is at it stands TOP!!Thank you Ahmad so very much for everything

AVOID - Appalling service and poorly managedTiles & Tops (or Marble Marble) failed to turn up for templating and installation for 7 times over the last 2 months. The husband & wife owners, Sonali Soni and Diljeet Singh Chadha, are clearly aware of the situation but I can't see their effort to resolve the problem. Sonali never picked up any calls or replied to any messages. We can't accept any further delay and requested that our deposit to be refunded immediately. We shall see how long this will take.PS: We used this company twice in the past and they were excellent. Sadly, the service has been appalling beyond words this time.

Wouldn't even give it a star if the option existed. Ordered some tiles and we are two weeks into it, they keep making false promises on a delivery day and when the day arrives there's an excuse... Time and time again.Do NOT pay them until you have received your products, or even better do not deal with them. Bunch of liars... Extremely disappointed, will not be using or recommending them!P. S will also be taking legal action if this isn't resolved seeking refund and compensation for the time wasted!

I visited the Thornton Heath Branch for a quote on Quartz Worktop for my new kitchen. Sonali was very friendly and provided me the information that I was enquiring for, and quoted me a very competitive price which was agreed. Worktop was fitted today and the fitters did a wonderful job and were friendly and work was very clean.

I have recently done my kitchen worktop From tiles and tops. Work is excellent. Staff really helpful and services provide by tiles and tops is amazing. Very quick turnaround! Very happy. I will defiantly recommend this company to my friends and family.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!We ordered and paid for a worktop at the beginning of June, and 1 month later it was still not ready to pick up. The company are impossible to get hold of and do not answer calls or emails.Eventually, about 6 weeks after ordering and constant chasing we were told the work top was ready so organised for a man to pick it up and deliver to our flat.Upon inspection we found the end had NOT been polished and no tap hole was cut out.Also upstamds that were ordered within the invoice were not supplied.The sink was also cut to the wrong size so we had to take it back at our own expense to the factory to be adjusted.I have since been trying to get hold of the company to have the tap hole cut out and the side polished.I have left NUMEROUS voice messages with people working in each of the stores and no one ever calls me back. I eventually got hold of the manager Sonali?s number and have left no end of messages, WhatsApp messages and emails. It is very obvious my calls are being blocked and purposely not answered.I threatened to write a very bad review (this one) and eventually got a phone call back from Sonali who said she would send a man round to our flat to cut out the tap hole and polish the side of the worktop.She confirmed she would let me know that same day when he would come to do this, but needless to say I did not hear from her and my calls again were not answered.I eventually got hold of her the next morning and she asked if we could bring the worktop to the factory. I informed her I would need to employ 3 men to carry the worktop up the stairs, and hire a van to take it back to the factory, and this would be at her companies expense. She said she would therefore organise a man to come to my flat and promised to let me know when he will be coming by the end of the afternoon.I did not hear from her AGAIN and have since tried to call numerous times, left WhatsApp messages but had no response.This is the most appalling service I have ever experienced from any company, and I will be taking this further if it is not resolved by the end of today.
