I had an excellent experience with Dr. Alia Johar at the dental clinic. Her skills were truly impressive, and she did a fantastic job. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process, and she was attentive to my needs. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking dental care. Thank you, Dr. Alia, for your outstanding service!

Bad experience with this dental clinic. I have been waiting for tooth extraction from another hospital for 3 years and no letter has come yet. My teeth are getting worse every day. I made an appointment as an emergency but the receptionist didn't explain anything despite my inquiries and misled me that it would cost £23.80. By not explaining to me that apart from the x-ray, no procedures are included in this price. She stands behind the chair counter and is barely visible, especially if she is a shorter person. She is too lazy to talk.

Fantastic dentist Alia Johar has just extracted my tooth . This is the first treatment I have had with this practice everyone was so friendly and efficient. I am very nervous of any dental treatment but Alia put me at ease and was very kind in her treatment. Highly recommend . Thank you to all the staff there especially to Alia very much appreciated

Horrible rude people they cut my gum and left me bleeding soo much won?t recommend this place they should be closed down unprofessional and rude and cut my gum very badly I was bleeding none stop

They charge me £95 for hygiene clean however the Dr told me she can only clean half of my teeth, I have to re-book and pay extra £95 for another visit to clean the other half. Totally ripped off! Stay away from them, all they care us about your money.

Receptionist so rude! As i had cancelled an appointment...called back to rebook...told me i had previously cancelled to make sure i attend this appointment! I told her not to talk to me in that manner, i was courteous & phoned with over 24hrs to give my appointment to someone who may call in emergency! The reason for my not attending....my sister in law passed away!! Receptionist you need people skills!

visits are still canceled. My partner had to wait 2 weeks with the dressing... now must wait 1,5 months ... I do not recommend

Great experience from start to finish. With the receptionist to the treatment. Dr Alia Johar made me feel comfortable, clearing explaining the treatment on the day and future dental care. Also during this pandemic the practice is clearly following covid safety guidelines which puts you at ease instantly.

Horrible experience today with Dr.Johur. I went for my boys tooth pain and was told off like a little child! She told me to "Stop having these emergencies and start helping my kids to brush!" Couldn't have been more condescending. Given the chance I would have told her that I too work for the NHS but I'd be horrified if I spoke to a patient the way she spoke to me today. Will be changing dentists.

Absolutely terrible, they are very selective with who the decide to treat. Very unprofessional, when Dr. Mojgan Akbari Ali Abadi cant be bovered to Extract a tooth that urgently needs extracting she tells her patients that the surgery do not do tooth extractions with no explanation why other than just saying that the surgery does not do tooth extractions, leaving her patients with no other choice but to call 111 to get an emergency referral to another dental practice who are willing to remove it. This is disgusting behaviour due to the fact that i have several family members who have received treatment from her in the last few months with no issues including tooth extractions. this is very disturbing behaviour and this dental practice should be shut down for repeated medical negligence, i have now reported them to croydon council, this type of medical negligence will not be tolerated because you are purposefully neglecting patients selectively and this will no longer be tolerated, stop being greedy and start treating your NHS patients. you are paid to treat them!!!

I have never known dental practice to refuse to do dental extractions under the nhs, it doesnt make any sense expecially when they do in fact do extract teeth if you are paying for it privately, this dental practice should be removed from the NHS list because they are refusing to treat patients under the NHS, which is against the Law! Avoid this surgery at all cost and do not waste your time, unless you are able to pay for private treatment, absolutely digusting service, AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I was treated by Dr Mojgan, who was calm and reassuring when I was anxious about my treatment. She answered all my questions in detail, and the finishing of her work on my teeth was professional.

I can't recommend this dental practice highly enough, visited recently as a new patient requiring treatment. I found the reception staff to be most welcoming, approachable, and professional. The dentist and nurse work well together, you feel instantly at ease with them.ð??
