“Great friendly service. I have been using a product called Saxenda for 3 weeks after a consultation and its worked amazingly well! “The pharmacist Esmie was great! When I couldn't get an appointment at my Dr's, London Road medical practice, as I had a cough since Nov that was still persistent in Feb, the receptionist kept saying to me that she can book an appt at the New Addington hub or a call from the pharmacist, or from my Dr, but if its the Dr she couldnt say what time of day it would be, but she cannot book an appt at the surgery for cough and cold, obviously this receptionist didnt listen at all to what i had said as i didn't have a cold! I told the receptionist that I wanted an appt at my surgery not in New Addington! Anyway, I said if the pharmacist could call me. I got a notification from the surgery to say I had to call the pharmacist, so I tried calling several times but it was busy, so I called the surgery again and informed the receptionist, then she said that she can organise for the pharmacist to call me me!? The pharmacist Esmie called and I explained to her regarding this and she told me to make my way down to the pharmacy and she will give me something to help. When i got there Esmie was on the phone to my surgery saying that a Dr should call me, she then said that surgery offered me an appt there but I refused! I told Esmie that they wanted me to go to new Addington hub but I don't live in new Addington! Esmie said that the surgery are telling her something different to what they had said to me, (by making out to her they offered me an appt there)! Through Esmie I got a call from the Dr, had a face to face appt the next day at my surgery, given antibiotics, had blood tests done at the hospital twice, urine test and a spitune test, luckily everything came back and was fine! But what a palarva get get can appt to see a Dr at my surgery! I wouldn't have had anything done if it hadn't of been for a caring, listening pharmacist who took time to call my Dr's!
