I always have to go in rather than drive through as I have to customise order some food items and they usually get it wrong if I use the drive thru which is a little frustrating. Quite often there is a male around begging for money in the car park which makes me feel uncomfortable as it's usually quite late at night.

All the time they forget the dips (I was pay 1£) because is not free anymore,and when I get home I see that is no dip(even I should receive 3),so please when you pick up the order just be sure is there everything you order in the bag.

Rude staff no manners no english and most important thing they don?t have any idea how to treat customers and how to give hospitality i never suggest any one for kids don't waste ur time don't waste of ur money as well and i suggest please higher some colleges who knows bit english

Very bad experience with 3 kids they just ask for washroom nd get the rude answer by colleague to us buy the either leave it we r cleaning or do it in ur nappy just imagine this kind of manner less colleague who don't care abt kids situation now responsible manager need to give her induction again hospitality nd some information abt food industry so she can learn how to treat customer nd how to replied to customer.
And if u need any extra information u can find it on ur own cctv don't ignore it be serious abt ur hospitality as u said on ur slogan tell them learn some English as well.

Absolutely careless at their job. Asked multiple times at the drive thru if my milkshake was the correct one. Half way home it was incorrect as well as the whole order.
