Not professional, lack of ability to speak English , which make it hard to discuss anything that is done and what customer aim for. no respect. very raw with the shaving and dangerous nail equipment! when i say to be more careful they laugh at me or behave like i exaggerate, got hurt today and my fingers hurt till now after their service. Not recommend ! The final effect is good somehow but the whole process terrific! They all behave like they re there as for punishment

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. However, rubbish service, nails chipped by the time I got home from my 20 min walk. I got manicure and pedicure with normal nail polish. The pedicure was great, they really take their time. But the polish was too bad I took it off in two days. Cheap and good for the day but not long lasting.

Very rude unprofessional they talk and laugh about clients. My first visit and definitely my last. The guy doing my pedicure was vaping whilst doing his job WHO DOES THAT? Very ghetto

Rude. Custoner service is poor. Lack communication.waste of time coming here sat for an hour with my feet in water abd no communicationWhen I asked when why communication is necessary advised to go elsewhere. . I have been here before and service is a 2 at best. Wasted my time in a hurry and no time to go elsewhere. O like to give opportunities but will definitely not be setting foot in here again. An event todayw ith no nails or feet done and hour I can't get back.

Amazing service! A few weeks ago I had my pedicure done by Lisa and it was the best I?ve had in a long time! She listened to what I wanted and executed it well!Today I had my nails done by Sophie, she is so friendly and did a fabulous job! Thank you so much and I will be back again?

Spent over a hundred pounds and was not happy with my nails. When I complained they literally didn't apologise or show any remorse I guess the money was more important than pleasing the customer. Make sure your staff is professional in doing nailsWon't spend my money there again

I?ve been coming for a while because I liked the way they did nails, always a perfect set. I notice every time I?mIn the salon there?s an argument about the price. Recently I went to get my same set with a pedicure, I looked at the price list and continued. When I went to pay she said £20 pounds over what I had calculated from the price list. I didn?t say anything but another lady was also paying and had the same issue. My pedicure was very very weak aNd the young man was clearly tired (kept saying his hungry to the client next to me who noticed the slackness). I won?t be goi g back to lush nails and it?s a shame because they was ok at nails. I?ve now found a better more cost effective and reliable nail technician.Services: Pedicure

I love the lady who own the shop but all her new employees have NO MANNERS WHAT SO EVER, kissing his teeth and being rough with my hands, I had to check him before I got rude because I never had a issue in this shop before she change up the staff members, I only go there now if I need last minute nails

Very rude staff member. Young guy who did my nails completely ignored the design style I showed him and did it his own way.After doing the gel base he started the design and I was getting a bit concerned with how it was looking so I tried to look at the picture on my phone I had originally showed him, but I couldn?t as my nails were still curing. Then he asked if I was happy with it so far so I decided to ask him to change it slightly to look more like the original picture I had originally showed him and he started to sound aggressive and wouldn?t change it saying it wouldn?t look good and forced me to to keep it how it was.Then as he carried on, he asked me again if I was happy, so I said I would prefer if he stuck to the original but then he raised his voice and insisted he couldn?t do it. It was a small correction and wouldn?t have taken long to fix on the two nails he had already painted but he refused and made me feel very uncomfortable so I didn?t insist. If I had pressured him to change it he definitely would have shouted or gotten angry so I just kept my mouth shut, paid and left unhappy.Wish I had stood up for myself and insisted before I had paid. What?s the point of asking if I am happy if you?re just going to be rude and ignore the client? Plus the nails look slightly wonky and mis-shapen. Very disappointed in my nails and the service and a waste of money. Be careful who you go to here.Service: Acrylic nails
