Some products wrongly priced...Some prices hard to find at all...Products not easy to find or access...Many poor beggars blocking your entrance..Staff busy and hardly recognisable from the customers...Friendliness and smiling appears to be prohibited...You just want to get your items and leave quickly...When Lidl first opened, it was a lovely place to browse through...Prices are cheaper though....

Terrible. The Manager seen 19 people standing waiting to pay by cash with only one till open. I personally told him to open another tillAlong with frustated other customers ... The lady on the only till kept ringing her bell for assistance as she obviously untrained.... Terrible!!! A professional shop like this needs a proper Manager in place as it is not a good place to shop at the moment.

On 18 oct night 10pm I came to get toilet tissue asked one lady staff I don?t her name worst customer service she side there is no tissue I went and came back I got the right one worst behaviour treat every equally and learn some basic manner fed on the store

It was a short visit to this store. However, I had a quick glance in the isles, a good variety of products, well displayed and at a reasonable price. This store had lovely bakery items.Customer service I would put it down to above average.I will certainly be a repeat customer of this store if I am in the area.

where you can always find what you need for good reason price, but there was never any stock of eggs always finished early.Even there was a lot of crowd but only 1 till has been opened at the moment people waiting for long time in a long row they did not taking care of customers so customer service kind of bad they have to improve

Love the store, but when there are staff shortages this effects the time to actually leave the store, checkouts not manned- was 1 minute over the allowed parking time and was hit with a £90 fine, twice the price I paid for goods for the week ,will be finding another area to shop.

It?s a great shop but today the cashier was constantly wiping his nose on the back of his hands then whilst putting my shopping through stuck a full finger up his. Ose and carried on touching the groceries. When I called him out on it he said nothing. So gross and unhygienic.

Very good as I found the items I wanted which were sold.out in other stores , quite big shop and friendly staff.
