Staff all doing online shopping and only one till worker causing long queues

As always the food products are top tier and Iceland offer great deals. However this branch has an older lady staff member who works on the tills. She is very rude and has zero customer service skills.Then their car parking arrangement needs to be reviewed. It's supposed to be free to park for Iceland customers. They've recently introduced a new pay and display system in their car park that didn't work on the day I attended. Dispite numerous customers attempts. I and another customer explained this to a member of staff who acknowledged that there is a problem and advised to keep the receipt to prove my patronage. I was shopping at Iceland for 17 minutes to be precise!Weeks later I received a parking penalty stating I owe money. I responded to the notice, explained the incident, provided a copy of my receipt as my proof (hi-lighting the time I was shopping) only to receive a response stating that although I've sent proof, their parking charge still stands because they say I should have phoned their number on the parking machine. Really!?! Good luck obtaining that parking charge from me! Oh and you've lost me customer. I will not recommend anyone I know to shop at this Iceland.

I came in the store to purchase a large quantity of products for work - I work with Vulnerable Adults and the Marion & Emma and the Staff on the floor went over and beyond to help us. They were so patient & kind and never once grumbled. You all make our task pleasant. Thank you so much. Angela, Christine & Christian

The staff are generally very nice and helpful but one in particular member needs to go back to charm school urgently - and anyone who uses this store will know exactly who I mean!!

I like Icelands for families but it has gone quiet pricy.. The store could be cleaner however and the wait wasnie too bad either.. Wheelchair accessible and parking available. Staff pleasant.

This iceland is pretty standard. Has all you need. Staff are friendly.But they have an arias parking system, you need coins to park otherwise you are screwed. You can get it back as a customer but come on who carries coins, not many people. You know to shop just go Tescos 1min away
