I haven't been to any Greggs since 10 years ago. Yes, I walked past the shop but never entered. It's just ludicrous to say i don't want to shop in Greggs. I control my destiny.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Greggs branch. I?ve always been a regular at this location, but after today?s experience, I will definitely think twice before returning. The staff member serving me (an elderly lady, of a thin stature) was unprofessional and unresponsive. I tried to place my order, but she failed to acknowledge me properly, making it very difficult to communicate. After completing my order, she also neglected to give me an additional pastry I had ordered. Unfortunately, by the time I realized the mistake, I had already left the store. The lack of communication and poor service were completely unacceptable. Her behavior has completely put me off this branch.

standing in the store waiting for your breakfast baguette for 35 minutes and not getting it. why accept this order if you know you won't be able to fulfill it. You can immediately say that's not possible, I'd take another one, but no, they charge and ignore you, then tell you to wait and eventually they forget about your order. This is some kind of bullying

Excellent food, bacon rolls all day. Should have more people working . For the people who are to lazy to go get food. The online delivery service needs a person on it definitely in the morning.
