INESA!!! AN ANGEL!!!!! Evening before my wedding, as the 3 tier cake (full disclosure- from a different place) was being transported from London to Cheltenham, it slipped and fell. Wife was in absolute tears! Huge panic. Called up several places to see if it could be fixed both in London and Cheltenham. Tried a local lady in Cheltenham, who was incredibly unhelpful, rude, and made it clear again and again she was going to charge me BIG due to last minute repair. She was also annoyed I didn?t get a cake from her. But called up Inesa, and this AMAZING person said she?d repair it free of charge and couldn?t accept any money, understanding how important and traumatising something like this is (even though the cake was from elsewhere). A genuine person. Appreciated even more so after seeing how the other lady in Cheltenham would?ve happily taken advantage of such misfortune. I will definitely be coming to Inesa. Even though I?m yet to try her cakes (which I?m sure are great), a person who runs their business with such compassion and understanding, I will happily support. Businesses need more people like this. True,

I?m so glad I was referred to them! Inesa brought my vision to life and made the cake exactly how I imagined it. The attention to detail in the design was flawless. It was worth every penny ? and surprisingly affordable. I?ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family and will most definitely be returning!

Ordered birthday cake I was absolutely disgraceful cake was full off cream no actual cake inside paid £40 for a cake full of cream so embarrassing it wasn?t fresh at all also had disgusting smell I don?t recommend to nobody

The softest cakes in Croydon ? and my go-to for eggless cakes!
We ordered a 10? tall vanilla sponge cake with Oreo cream for my sister?s birthday and it was a hit ? soft, rich, and so delicious that guests went back for seconds. The colours (maroon, baby pink, and black) matched our décor perfectly, and we left the toppings to the store ? they styled it beautifully!
The spray colour did stain a little, but they had made us aware of that beforehand and the taste more than made up for it. Customer service was brilliant too ? we spoke to a lovely lady online who gave us ideas, showed us a sample size, and offered a great price.
Amazing taste, design, and value ? we?ll definitely be back!

Went to the shop to get 20 balloons with helium put in then. Latex balloons to be specific. They cost £50 in total! The woman inflating the balloons said they will last 10 hours in the air. Great. Not even 2 hours later half of the balloon all dropped. I called them up to explain what has happened and to get a replacement set as they didn?t live up the the sellers promise and i was told that i will have to pay for more balloons and there?s nothing much they can do but offer half price on buying replacements balloons???. No ?i?m sorry we can give you an additional 6 (or 10) as compensation? , there was no offer of a refund. Just basically, spend more money for THEIR error. Over priced and not happy with the service especially when i?ve had to pay £2 per balloon to be filled with helium, just for them to drop to the ground in under 2 hours.

Amazing service and delicious cakes. I?ve got over 20+ cakes from them over the years and have never disappointed. Always quick and helpful as well as being the most reasonably priced cake shop in the area. Highly recommend!
