Went in today simply to browse for coats and one of the young female assistants had such a lovely way about her when she asked if I needed help and when I replied with the usual 'no fine just looking thanks' she said that's ok she was was there if I needed anything or to call her. So very polite and a breath of fresh air. Well done young lady, clearly brought up with manners and etiquette, not easily taught through corporate training sessions. Hugely impressed.

I would like to thank the manager of the store for helping me out , i think her name is marta , which helped me about faulty item which i had to return to Tommy Hilfiger but not to the store of this company. She kept everything professional and helpful by helping me to find the nearest UPS drop point and packing and labeling my package which it wasn?t her responsibility but i Loved her passion and responsibility anyway .This happened on Monday 6 of November around 13:30 .So profesional.

Not a great experience, submitted a feedback form through the website in order to receive some sort of feedback on how they have managed to deal with my complaint, closed the case within 23 hours. I won?t be purchasing TH Products again.

salesman and/or salespersons we're not that friendly. it's normal for the buyer to check the clothes if they like it or not, including the sizes the buyer wants to buy for example.of course us buyer/s wjll unfold the cloth/s we want to spend our money with.salesman was crunky if you checked the clothes that has been folded. including at the cashier they looked tired at work. not pleasant ambiance. Next time if your tired on folding clothes or your UNPROFESSIONAL and grouchy then find another job. I bought a lot of items from the TOmmy hilfiger. but this was the first time I am disappointed with the customer service. Unfriendly and unprofessional.

Today I went to Kingston-Bentals Shopping Center and I was not satisfied with the service and the sellers gave me an order made online, I decided to return it without my consent. These sellers are not liars and professionals.

If you want to be met by an extremely rude store manager then visit this branch! When visiting to buy a jacket priced at £x amount, I headed to the counter to pay for it, the store manager ripped the price tag and without even apologising claimed they had placed the wrong price tag on the jacket!! Mistakes happen but his attitude was inexcusable. Obnoxious, poorly trained if at all. Avoid this store!

I bought a pair of trousers as a Christmas present for my brother . When I went to return them on Saturday , I was told they could not do the return as their system was down.After trying to contact the store by phone today in numerous occasions and nobody responding to the phone , I decided to go back hoping the problem had been solved .I was attended by Magdalena who did not seem very happy with my return and who questioned why the sticky label showing the price was missing . I think it is common practice for everyone to take it off if you are giving something as a present , so I do not really understand why she asked me about that .Very poor service ,; very unwelcoming . Definitely, I will not go back to this store again .
