Absolutely excellent customer service, extremely helpful, very proffesional, definitely a league of their own, outstanding, highly recommend, I was interned in a pair of Ladies Ecco sandles, my size was sold out online, I phoned Kingston shop and they managed to locate a pair from another store. customer service is absolutely outstanding.

Just got back from travelling with a backpack that I bought in this store after the best recommendation from a super friendly member of staff. Loved it so much I had to leave a 5* review and will recommend this Rohan to my friends and family too.

Rohan is my favourite shop and this time they didn't disappoint. Helpful lady steered me to waterproof trekking trousers. A lifesaver on the very wet Southwest Coast Path last weekend.

After planning a trip abroad travelling through varied weather and climates a friend of mine recommended rohan. The staff there were incredibly knowledgeable about their products and knew exactly what I was looking for! I came away with everything I needed and can honestly say that my trip was made much more enjoyable because of it.Great shop and great staff, would highly recommend!

A small store in Kingston but they had just what I was looking for - warm gloves, and a choice of 2 styles in the right size and an extra 20% reduction in the sale. A very pleasant and helpful sales assistant.

Looked around a few outdoors shops in Kingston and finally spent my money here because they actually care and know their stuff! Found the staff to be very friendly and helpful so I will be returning for my winter trip gear - big thanks guys!
