I always appreciate how fresh Pret food is but the amount of filling in the sandwiches is much less than it used to be. The egg sandwich is mostly bread now. I'll pay more for decent food; go back to your old standards.

The WiFi didn?t work (was shockingly bad) when I came here last so not for people studying or working for a quick stop. But the service absolutely love, staff is super attentive and kind!

There was a massive piece of feces on the upstairs floor?unclear whether it was from an animal or a person. The smell was awful. I alerted the staff, and while they did offer a complimentary drink (which I appreciated), the incident still completely ruined my experience. I understand it may not have been the staff?s fault, but something like this should never go unnoticed. It ruined my day. The curtains upstairs are also broken. It is hard to study with sun blaring in my eyes.

I used to love Pret over any other coffe shop but in the latest years it's gone down the. the latte is exactly dark as a cappuccino, ( BTW the original latte macchiato in Italy is latte with a drop of coffee, not a whole cup...otherwise change the name in latte e Caffè) The guys don't listen to you when you ask for something like that. They look st you and do what they want
Some vegan options have disappeared, especially hot ones, overall I'm disappointed.

I had the displeasure of being insulted by the on duty manager in the branch
Upon the purchase of a wrap that the staff agreed was unfit for human consumption, the manager proceeded to interrogate me as to the time of purchase and various other questions which were irrelevant.
Safe to say it?s clear I am not wanted in this store!

My first time in a Pret A Manger for about 6 years and also my last.
Service was terrible, the guy behind the counter didn?t welcome us, didn?t ask if we wanted anything else, didn?t smile, to be honest it looked like he didn?t want to be there.
Food and drink review:
Mango, Passion Fruit & Lime still drink, now I love all of these ingredients, but OMG how disgusting and disappointing was this drink, it wasn?t even cold and yes I did check to see if any of the others were cold, but it looks like the fridge isn?t working.
British Sausages, Beans & Egg
It was lovely and hot, egg cooked perfectly, but the beans tasted like as if they had been blended with a plum tomato, way way to much tomato to the point it over powers the rest.
Tune, Onion toasty
It was lovely tasting, but they didn?t even cut it in half and it didn?t come on a plate.
Diet Coke
Same as every other Diet Coke
Very disappointed with Pret A Manger, the biggest question is!!
Would I come back here again?
The answer is a big fat NO!!
I wouldn?t waste my time and money on this ever again and would suggest others not to bother as well.
