Mr Clutch are friendly and professional and provide outstanding customer care. In addition to the work I needed on my Mini Copper, they went out of their way to help me ,and provided additional support and excellent advise. Rob was thoughtful and kind and put me under no pressure to collect my car when circumstances meant that I needed a safe place to leave it for a week.His unique and supportive approach has been truly outstanding and I highly recommend the service.I wouldn't go anywhere else

Great price and good advice. Warranty plus regular checks. Half the price I would have had to pay at Mortlake. They serviced a 12 year old Toyota Verso - new clutch plus skimming of flywheel. Drives beautifully now

I've been a customer at Mr Clutch Kingston since 2011. Recently, after paying £274 for MOT and service, I noticed my AdBlue level was low. When I asked for a top-up, they informed me it wasn't free. I expressed my willingness to pay, how much it is? They didn?t inform me, surprise, they charged me £40 for adding AdBlue 7 to 10 liters. I found this excessive and tried to discuss it with the manager, but the conversation was unproductive. It's important for customers to be cautious when seeking services here without a clear quotation. I never back again

Had my car's mot and service done from there, good staff, but unfortunately, you need to book their services months in advance if you want to use any online voucher or offeron their site.

Outstanding customer service, diagnostics and mechanical repair.At the point of seeking to sell our Audi A5 it developed major clutch-related problems. Referred by a local independent garage to Mr Clutch, Kingston, I could not be more grateful to manager, Rob, and his team for their pragmatic approach to fixing my vehicle. Both Rob and mechanic, Mike, offered a straight talking and comprehensive explanation of the likely issues which allowed for informed cost decisions to be made. Communication was excellent throughout. Despite the complications encountered, my car came out of the workshop within a few days running beautifully.No hesitation in recommending Mr Clutch, Kingston. A truly first-rate customer experience - thank you.

Would like to thank Rob for the service! My car clutch was needing a replacement and noticed before needing to do a 2h30 to get home and was given advice on the phone to get it back safely. Turned up and the noise signified the gearbox needing a change! Quoted a price and it was fixed with a new suspension arm too. Cannot fault my experience even if it was a significant outgoing, it meant I was able to keep my little car going.

Thank you to Rob and Michael at the kingston branch! Went in to have gearbox and clutch replaced and they kept me informed along the way of everything that was happening. Great and fast service, and felt well looked after along the way. Highly recommend!!

Avoid this garage at all costs. Had my wetbelts changed on my Ford focus, was told 2 days to do ended up being nearly two weeks as they had issues starting it and making it run right. Paid the amount asked (over £1400) due to apparently needing extra parts.Barely three weeks after I got the car back the car started running bad and spluttering after I started it (same as before when in the garage). Sent the car back to them on the back of a lorry. 9 weeks later I was told there is nothing more they can do and it is literally a right off unless I send it to fords and pay nearly another £1000 to hopefully have them sort it.I now have no car and no compensation and they couldn?t care anymore.Avoid at all costs.Save your car and your money!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID - absolutely appalling.In response to your reply - you are correct; thank goodness it wasn?t my car you destroyed, but it was my brother?s car that had to leave your garage on a recovery truck. Came in driving perfectly well just for a cam belt to be replaced and now you claim you don?t know what?s wrong with it and are not capable of fixing it.Absolute disgrace and terrible attitude. You have effectively written the car off and given no compensation.I can?t stress to others enough not to go to Mr Clutch.

Delivered my car at 9am to have the brakes replaced. It was ready at 4pm. I phoned the branch manager at 3pm and said I would like to pick up the car the same day. Then he helped the mechanics so that it would be ready on time and came out of the workshop with his hands covered in oil. And in the end, the bill was even cheaper than the estimate. I can fully recommend this branch and would be happy to come back for other jobs.

We've used this store consistently over the years for several different cars, and the service has always been excellent. The manager always takes time to explain any issues and is very clear about the costs involved.

I?ve been using Mr Clutch for 3 years without any problems. Did have a recent issue where my car was kept for an extended period of time; however this was amicably resolved and my car is running smoothly again.

I have been using this place for the past 7 years but this time very disappointed, I should have known from the time that I made the booking that things had changed, I dialed the number few times consequently ( because no one was answering the phone) and when the guy answered I was told off for keeping ringing, like I should have known why no one was answering, odd behavior, I took 2 cars in for the MOT at 10.30am on Monday morning and I was told that if there would be any problem I would get a phone call, no one rang so on my collection, at 12.45 I found out that the Fiat 500 had failed the MOT on one tyre and an unknown problem with the indicator, I was told that all would be done the next day becouse they were very busy on that day, I phoned on Tuesday and was told that the car was about to be seen shortly and I would get a call back, no one rang, on Wednesday I called again and was told that the guy was at lunch and as soon he was back he would look at the car and give a call back no call!! They actually called me on Friday at 12.30 saying that the car was ready, 4 days it took them to change a light bulb, 4 days !!! These people are a joke, I went to collect the car and no apologies for the delay, Definitely I Will not use this garage again, very unprofessional bordering on rudeness
