It can be very busy at times with delivery driver collections and especially after school closes. I prefer to use the drive through but now Im often told end to park and have to wait a while for the order.

I went to the Thamesmead branch just as they were closing at 12am.
My food was prepared hot, and the service was quick with polite team members.

Ordered from Just Eat... but McDonalds did not inform Just Eat that the Happy Meal has no minecraft toys so they send a book instead.
My nephew was so upset.
If I had known, I would have ordered from a different McDonalds.
Poor communication with the food chain for delivery.

The young friendly tiny Asian girl here will boost your morale and put a smile on your cheek while serving. People like her are needed in most McDonalds. Keep it up.

Normal McDonalds food. I went for breakfast coffee and Mcmuffin. Service was on the slow side. They seem to give preference to drive through orders and that's normal. I tend not to use McDonald's anyway, this was a one off.

We wait the order to long every-time , There not clean , the tables ... and when we order every time we see how the production workers didn't use the gloves , I never see them with gloves this is unbelievable when they prep food . In general, no compliance with hygiene standards, I say this as someone who has experience in this field and knows what the requirements are .We stopped visiting this place.

Evening,
I have ordered a fairly sized meal. Tell me why it comes freezing cold, and wrong. I counted 6 things that were wrong. I ordered a total of 10 things from this establishment.
I?m staying with a friend and every time I come here, I order from this place. It is morbid how they always forget everything!
However, I?ve tried to call them multiple times but no answer, if I got an answer I had a rude response. It is a vile place in my opinion.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS ITS IN THE SHOP!
