DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS they Gave my girlfriend a Big Mac with out the top bun and placed the mayo inside the box instead of inside the burger BOX WAS SOAKED THROUGH IT RIPPED!!

After trying to order via the app only to find out that they?ve never received it and then waiting for 20 min in the car park for another order, they got that one wrong too and had to buy another item separately

I have never had service like this before in all my years of online orders.
Spent £20 on food and all that come was the drink and a fruit bag after waiting about 40mins.
I dont know what they were doing, I know it wasn't working.
I cant give a star for food because I never got any.

Toilet clean, seating and tables could have been better but I believe due to shortage of staff as none out on floor, server a little rude as I continued to stand at same place I paid regardless of no one else waiting. But when she came with my food, on another person's tray, but called my number her first comment was you need to move there (1 step to my right, just short if I was not in rush I would have said something and requested her details. It seems that on New set ups where till Not managed till the same person comes from out of view to bring food orders no staff visible and everytime the staff are definitely not trained in customer service skills.

I?ve been ordering from this McDonalds on and off for eight years and there hasn?t been ONE time they didn?t leave out or mess up part of the order. It?s kind of impressive actually.

This branch has never disappointed me. They are open until late, the team taking the orders and handing the food are always polite.

Costumer service is terrible, did get my money back for missing items. Talking to a robot is useless. Never again using McDonalds

Ordered from them on a number of occasions and upon arrival food is always missing and what is there is cold and not to a good standard like other McDonalds and on Top they refuse a refund so I would not recommend getting a delivery from them and I will no longer be ordering from this branch again
