Nick and Mariam at Leaders were excellent in sourcing an available flat in kingston for me. As a first time renter they really went out on a limb to help with all the admin as well. But would also like to praise James from Leaders Guildford who is the Property Manager of the flat that I was in. He is a first class person who cares about the people who are in the flats/houses that he manages. I had issue with my flat and he was very quick to contact the landlord and get assistance out to me and on other occasions with the communal area he got sorted within a day!

Larissa Hall, Property Manager, was both proactive and very helpful when she stepped in to respond to an email of mine intended for one of her colleagues. The colleague in question was on annual leave and, to avoid me having to wait for him to return and respond, Larissa took the initiative to respond herself. I really appreciated this!

I found the property through Rightmove. I was so lucky that Kirtan Patel was my agent. The process was so quick that I got the keys within 7 working days. Reference process was smooth too. The agency offers really good online portal for tenants which is easy to access and easy to use (you can report damages, make payments, check your application process etc).Again, really happy with Kirtan's help. Also, when I went to the office to collect the keys the rest of the staff were really helpful and always with a smile on the face. :) Highly recommended.Thank you :)
