We have just completed on a house in Surbiton. We were looked after by Paul who was amazing from the first viewing to completion.Paul took our poor perception of estate agents and turned that on its head. We cannot recommend Paul and Hamptons more highly.Our purchase became difficult and complicated with some issues, not connected to Hamptons, that could never be forseen. The issues should have caused us some real stress, however, Paul took them all away and ensured the process was as painless as possible.We are so grateful and thankful to Paul and Hamptons for everything they have done for us.

Fantastic experience from Peter, Zoe and the team at Hamptons Surbiton and Kingston. We found our dream property on the coast in Wales and had just 2 weeks to sell our property in Kingston or the house would go back on the market. Luckily we were given great advice on the pricing strategy, an open day arranged and we managed to secure a proceedable buyer in time ? we received great post offer support and advice as we moved through the sale. The team did everything they could to ensure we made it through to completion in a tough sellers market! We now called Wales home and it would not have been possible without the team helping us to achieve our dream! Thank you so much Peter, Zoe, Paul, Beth and the team! ( and thank you for all the candle lighting and cushion plumping!)

Recently I purchased house with the help of Hamptons, but my sale took me 8 months because of issue with the bank but one thing Zoe , how fabulous and helping she is, she convinced the seller for so long, so the sale can happen and go through, one thing I will say If you are looking around property in Kingston and near to that area, just give it a try to Zoe, highly recommended ??????????

Moving home is a big challenge and needs professionals who understands this. Would like to thank Hamptons Kingston team who understood our requirements and guided us all the way. I would thoroughly recommend Hamptons as a result of selling my property with them. Peter initially did a wonderful job with communicating with me and the purchaser and Paul Marchant, who was mostly involved with the follow up liaisons was efficient, courteous and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. The other members of the team were a pleasure to engage with, and enabled the whole process to evolve smoothly.

Hamptons was very confident to find a tenant for my flat quickly and it was the reason I decided to go with them. My property is in one of the best places in the area and in a very good and modern condition . For about 3 month they even did not bother to have one viewing. Whenever I followed up they kept quiet. I was on a trip and did not have a chance to visit even my unoccupied property to see what is going on. For 3 months I was on loss. I trusted these guys but they did not do any effort at all. I decided to hire two other agents and then these two agents had lots of viewings all of a sudden. One of them found a tenant very quickly. I would not recommend the letting guys in Hamptons. Very disappointing experience it was affected me heavily.

I can thoroughly recommend Hampton's Estate Agents. We dealt with Paul Marchant from their Kingston Branch and he was very helpful in guiding us through the various stages of moving home after 39 years living at our previous address. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and as we were downsizing from a house to a flat, he was able to organise numerous visits to the flat during the purchasing process to enable us to carry out quite detailed measuring up.We moved in on 28th September 2023 and he still rings up to see how we are settling in.Really good service.
