I?ve been coming to Domino?s in Thamesmead for a year now, and the service is always excellent. Gorgina is always smiling, friendly, and provides top-quality customer service every time. The pizza always tastes great?fresh, hot, and exactly how I like it. Highly recommend this branch!

The pizzas were nice but I am not satisfied with the price compared to the quality and quantity it's providing to the customer. It could increase the good customer service practice and overall it's comes under good category.

Please can the Thamesmead branch teach the welling branch how to make pizza. I had to drive to this one as they won?t deliver to welling and every time I have had it from welling they never place any sauce on the pizza! Will drive to the Thamesmead branch again as was decent.

Someone stole my pickup order, claiming my name. Staff offered to make my pizza again but not refund. Don't order for pickup unless you're here before it's ready
Staff friendly and pizza generally good hit rate, but tbh if you have the names on a screen behind a glass window it's a pretty easy theft tbh

Avoid this branch at all cost!! I gave them feedback and then the manager called me and harassed me about my feedback. Instead of making things better she made it a lot worst. And here I am giving you another review. Quality of food was not up to dominoes standards, yet the manager said she checked the CCTV and said it was OK. Wonder how the CCTV could taste the food? Instead of leaving it on good terms, she slammed the phone down. Great customer service. £27 in the bin and phone call to ruin my bank holiday Monday. Well done Domino's Thamesmead ??

Have visited this branch twice now and both times been very happy with the service. The staff are always friendly and you never really have to wait too long for your food. Stopped at the new one in charlton a few weeks ago, and the staff were very rude and dismissive to my brother. Thankful to the guys and girls in Thamesmead for being so efficient and professional. ?
Parking: On both occasions, we have been able to park right outside the shop.
