I was interested between a minimum of 3 to 4 pairs of glasses. The sales agent said that the manager would call the next day to see if they could get some display models in, and took my number and details as the manager could give a discount on further pairs. No one called me. When I came into the shop and explained this I felt that the deputy manager Marta was blaming me, such a terrible experience with no apology until I said at the very end she made it a very unpleasant experience. Even at the end the apology wasn?t genuine and she had an extremely bad attitude and was argumentative. The optometrist was lovely 5*. Marta the deputy manager however absolutely could not care at all, she obviously isn?t happy with her job. This makes the experience for a customer who would likely spend thousands per year unpleasant. I will purchase my 3-4 pairs of glasses elsewhere as I feel I can?t go back into this shop as she made it so awkward.

Bought £300 pair of Oliver?s People?s glasses from Kingston branch , I sat on them , for over a year I?ve been passed around by manufacturer and Clulow branch, sent photos etc too, after being ?blocked? by branch to leave messages etc I eventually spoke to Simon ?manager? who said I should bring them in despite my saying I live 65 miles away in Hampshire .Today I drive up to Kingston, waited for half hour while ?manager? prattled on with a customer , 2 staff doing nothing , ?manager? knew I was waiting patiently, when customer left ?manager? walked past me, no, ?sorry to keep you waiting ?, nothing, I explained why I was there and about long conversations we?d had over a year re getting these expensive glasses repaired , nothing he could do, they don?t repair them & neither do the manufacturers, in that case I angrily asked why the F have I driven all this way at this idiots suggestion when he could have told me a year ago and saved me time, money & fuel on a 125 mile round trip !Service is abysmal, check anything you buy is repairable because you can lose a lot of money , especially buying Oliver?s Peoples Glasses as they?re customer service is as useless as this place that sells them !

Not good atall, proper scammers plus the guy (staff) was so ill, he was holding my glasses coughing all over them. We ended up walking out, really poor selection too, they don't have many new ones, just the ones that are all scratched that everybody tries on, the ill guy tried selling me a pair for £330 that were twisted, scratched an coughed all over, we went to sunglasses hut where they have a much better selection, new ones that haven't been tried on an 50% off the 2nd pair so we bought 1 prada an 1 Tom Ford. Would never go back in here.

Went in here today to purchase prescription glasses and sunglasses. I left in the end because the service was so poor. I asked the lady in the shop for a different colour and she opened a drawer and got the other colour out, she walked away and left the drawer open so I had a look in the drawer at the other frames. She came back over and told me off for looking in the drawer and said I needed to ask, which is fine. So I continued looking for glasses and said ?excuse me 3 times? to ask for assistance, she didn?t hear any of them till I almost had to shout because she was smirking into her phone behind the till. I would have spent upwards of £500 in the store today but because of such bad service I?ve taken my business elsewhere which is a shame as I?ve always bought from DC.David Clulow, you need to hire more friendly and helpful staff and shame on your store assistant for making me feel so uncomfortable!

Today, I had an appointment with Mr. Harry for an eye test. I am very pleased. Mr. Harry was very kind, patient and careful and I am very pleased with his work so that I will recommend him to all my family and friends. I wish success for this precious person. Also, I am very grateful to Ms. Ati, who was very professional and kind, and I used her experience to choose eyeglass frames and lenses, and I am very happy.

I have now purchased 3 pairs of glasses from these good people. They are v very professional and friendly. Yes they are more expensive than high street opticians but the quality is a far greater gap than the price. I don't think I'll ever buy glasses anywhere else.

If there is a negative five-star review,they deserve this, not one star.They are the worst store I have ever seen?the staff in the store are arrogant and rude?the quality of the product is terrible,you will regret your decisive payment. They are super unprofessional and irresponsible.I spent over 800 pounds on the new Chanel glasses,I got it and found that one side was already worn, I suspect it was old. They promise to call you, but they seem to forget?don't believe them,If you expect your merchandise, just go straight for it yourself,maybe they're lying in the closet waiting for you?If their product is not suitable for your eyes at all, then you check and wait again and again as they say,because they know that if you don't, even with a refund, you've wasted a lot of time?All because I foolishly believed such a bad shop?You are mad to write to their company customer service and they have no one to reply?So, before you buy some junk service, please think clearly?Check out their basic reviews online?This way you save time and money.
