Very nice, quality outdoor gear! The staff is also very helpful.Personally I think is a bit on the expensive side but if you want good quality you have to pay the money.

I just had a horrible experience on this store. I got this jacket to buy and they refused to sell to me saying the label didn?t match the product and I could have changed it! I asked them to see the cameras then and went back to the same place I found it to find many more with the same label and price. They refused to sell it for me for £115 and also got angry and didn?t even reply when I said thanks for purchasing another jacket!!!

We were impressed by the excellent customer service and helpful advice from Sam on our first visit to Kingston store recently. I ended up going back multiple times to sources the gear I needed for my base camp trek and Sam along with all other staff members at the store supported me with everything I needed and more, every single time. Amazing staff, Knowledgeable, polite and helpful.

I?ve used this store for several years now for my travels and expeditions, and I?m always impressed with the staff?s knowledge of the stores range of equipment and clothing.I recently had to return a faulty jacket, and the warranty return process was effortless. I received a new coat in the post shortly after. I?m happy with their customer service, and I highly recommend this store.

Overall I was a bit disappointed with my experience- came in looking for camping equipment (possibly a big ask for March) and the range was limited and quite random. Staff were friendly but not very proactive in offering help. About 90% of the camping product wasn't priced which was very off putting and didn't want to bother having to ask the staff to look up the prices. The store looks like it's great for footwear clothing but not sure its the right place for equipment.

My partner and I went for a shoe fit, we were helped by Sam who was really nice and knowledgable. He filmed our legs while running on the treadmill and then explained afterwards what our feet were doing once they hit the ground and which shoes would be best for each of us, my left foot was twisting slightly outwards on the first run. It made a huge difference when I ran on the treadmill again with the pair of shoes that Sam recommended me to try. I would highly recommend coming to this store and ask for Sam if you are a keen runner and need a new pair of shoes.

I recently bought a pair of climbing shoes from here - I couldn't be happier with the service and impartial advice that I received. Although the range is not as extensive as online specialists, being able to try a few pairs and discuss with the staff I came out with the perfect pair for me. Highly recommend!
