What a difference a year makes. We stay once or twice a year visiting family locally. Last year was absolutely terrible. The stench of weed permeated every part of the building. This year, it's been refurbished. Lovely quiet stay, really good breakfast. The sausages were actually really good. Staff were polite and friendly. Remember it's a Travelodge but it's actually pleasant for a couple of nights stay. The location is within walking distance of family.

Very clean and very adequate for a night stop. Problems with car park gate proved somewhat difficult, but sorted out by staff. 2nd floor views lovely on a bright day.Rooms: Clean and comfortable.Nearby activities: High St with all shops and cafes 1 minute away.Walkability: See above. Bushey Park close by.

We stayed for one night and everything was perfect. Spotless. A special mention for Barbara at reception who was so pleasant and helpful. We had so many questions about parks, buses, etc and she gave us all the information. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We may be going to London again and I would definitely stay there and will be recommending it to friends going over to do parkrun in Bushy pk. Travel lodge are lucky to have her and I hope she gets a big Xmas bonus... Kay mccolgan

Teddington is a lovely place. It?s a great place to stay for anyone doing the Bushy Park Parkrun. I wish we?d had more time to search the area. The hotel itself is situated within a short walking distance of the train station and high street & about 15/ 20 minutes from the gorgeous Bushy Park.

Three Old Boys of Hampton Grammar, now each aged 92, on a reunion. Perfect peaceful location, quiet and restful, clean and welcoming. There's an atmosphere in this nice unassuming hotel which is well run by people who enjoy what they are doing. Delightful. Breakfast ACE!! Parking charge SO reasonable...

I recently stayed at the Travelodge London Teddington hotel for about five days in June, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While I had hoped for a comfortable and pleasant stay, several issues marred my time at this establishment.First and foremost, the hotel itself appeared quite old, which was immediately noticeable upon arrival. The biggest concern was the size of the family room, which was significantly smaller than expected for accommodating four people. The cramped quarters made it challenging to move around comfortably, and this was especially problematic given the length of our stay.Another major issue was the quality of the beds. They were far from comfortable, and the lack of proper support left much to be desired. A good night's sleep is essential during any trip, and regrettably, the beds at Travelodge London Teddington did not meet even the most basic comfort standards.Hygiene was also a concern during my stay. The bathroom in our room was not as clean as one would expect in a hotel of this caliber. This was quite disappointing and detracted from the overall experience.Perhaps the most uncomfortable aspect of our stay was the room's temperature. It was excessively hot, and despite our efforts to open windows and ventilate the space, it remained uncomfortably warm throughout our stay. The room was equipped with only a small fan, which was inadequate in providing any relief from the heat. As a result, my family and I found ourselves spending more time outside the room simply to escape the uncomfortable conditions. The room's lack of adequate space was another issue. With four people sharing a small room, it was challenging for us to move around freely. This was particularly problematic for my children, who felt crowded and uncomfortable throughout our stay. More space between the beds would have made a significant difference in our overall comfort. In addition to these problems, I encountered a significant issue with the hotel's parking facilities. While the parking fees were reasonable, I found the parking area to be quite untidy and lacking essential security signs. This became a major concern when I had a collision with the wall while attempting to park my car. The wall had a hollow space underneath it, and there were no plastic bumps or other barriers to prevent a car from going under the stairs wall. After the collision, I immediately reported the issue to the hotel staff, as I believed they were responsible for ensuring the safety and security of their parking area. However, they evaded taking responsibility for the incident, which was both frustrating and disappointing. I subsequently followed up with emails to address the matter, but to my dismay, I received no response. It was truly disheartening to see a reputable hotel like Travelodge London Teddington evade its responsibilities and ignore customer concerns. I hope that the hotel management takes these issues seriously and works to improve the quality of their services, both in terms of room comfort and parking safety, to ensure a better experience for future guests.Noteworthy details: In comparison to my experience at Travelodge London Teddington, I have found that my stays at Premier Inn hotels have consistently offered a significantly better experience. Surprisingly, the price points were comparable between the two hotel chains, but the quality and overall comfort at Premier Inn were notably superior. The contrast in service and amenities has solidified my preference for Premier Inn as the go-to choice for my future accommodations.

Okay could have Been better. When raised no actions taken. There is nearby shops and takeaways was a nice pleasant area Only if the service from one lady at the reception could have been better and needs to improve.

Booked for a weekend away whilst visiting my daughter. The troom in the ravel lodge we stayed in was refurbished and immaculate in everyday. This is a very cheap option for a spotlessly clean stay. staff super friendly and a better reception than the recently visited Langham hotel for afternoon tea!!

Great location. Clean comfortable rooms. Only issue was key needed to be reset 3 times during visit. Staff were great. Train station a 3 minute stroll. Thankfully they had a fan in the room turned on when we entered. Temps were higher than normal so fan did its job.

We stayed here before a half marathon so didn?t appreciate the little sleep we got - it was low 30s outside and all that was supplied was a desk top fan which didn?t even reach the bed Other than that it was okay, breakfast was okay but you can tell the food was cheap

I'm alive! That's the best thing about this hotel, I didn't die of the heat after all. The worst thing is not checking whether they have air conditioning on the hottest day of the year, this was not a bright move on my part. The rooms are like small furnaces. However the staff were all very nice, apologetic about the heat and it was all clean. The beds would have been comfortable if I didn't feel like I was on fire. Parking was fine, no issues and it was really very easy not to scrape my car by just being used to London car parks.
