Excellent customer service. Jo & Stuart are very knowledgeable and helpful. Both went above and beyond to help with our bathroom tiles. The result was stunning, stylish tiles at an affordable price. I would recommend Tiles of Wisdom and would definitely use again. Delivery and aftercare were fantastic. Throughout a great experience. Our bathroom looks amazing thanks to their help!

This gem of a shop is very unique. They have gone above and beyond to help me and find the tiles I wanted for the best price. Jo is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They have also price matched big shops. They have found stunning stylish tiles for me with budget prices. Cannot recommend enough. 10 stars ?

Fantastic before and after sales service- help with measurements and obtaining samples was exemplary and everything so friendly and efficient. They have helped to transform my little bathroom and would hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

We had some work done in our bathroom that meant the plumber had to break one of the tiles, we said that we would get the tile and fix it ourself. So, we said let's go to that shop in Teddington, so we walked to 'Tiles of Wisdom'. When we got to the door, it said that it was by appointment only, so we were a bit deflated. Anyway, the lady that worked there saw us at the door, came and opened it and we said that we did not have an appointment, she said no worry come in. We explained about our tile, to be told that it was an odd size, and they did not have that size, but she (and the young man that worked there) explained to us what we could do and how to achieve it. So for just 1 tile, the people there did everything they could to make the shopping experience there great, what customer service, I would recommend Tiles of Wisdom as THE place to go, many thanks you guys.

Tiles of Wisdom have been utterly amazing throughout our project. Having undertaken a full house refurb, Jo took us on a journey of tile exploration, and guided us through every tile choice. Very attentive to our requirements and making extremely helpful suggestions along the way, what seemed a daunting task was made manageable. We would highly recommend Jo and the team at Tiles of Wisdom to anyone requiring tiles!

Unfortunately our experience wasn't as positive as the other reviews. The shop has a lovely selection and the initial appointment was positive (we asked for a quote for our outdoor porch and bathrooms). We received the incorrect supply of tiles for the porch (which the shop admitted to, having done the wrong calculations) meaning we had to delay our tiler starting. We then discovered further insufficient tiles, meaning another order and delay. The CAD we ordered took over 3 weeks and was inaccurate (not the shop's fault as this was through the tile supplier, however threw another spanner in the works) and the overall experience and communication process was slow and confusing. We didn't receive the bathroom quote as promised, however we didn't chase due to the negative experience. They are nice people and it's a lovely shop, but we wouldn't have the confidence to use them again.

I am delighted with the tiles we've recently purchased for our new bathroom. The service by Jo and the team at Tiles of Wisdom was exceptional! We used them many years ago for our lounge and kitchen tiles and this time the service was just as brilliant as we had remembered.Today I contacted Jo because we ran out of adhesive and within the hour Jo got 5 bags delivered to our door. Outstanding service! We are renovating our other bathrooms and lounge area next and we will definitely be going back to them. Highly recommended if you want brilliant quality and excellent service. ?
