Local surgery offering micro suction, found quickly via google search. Making appointment online was straightforward. Health forms completed beforehand online saved time at surgery. Always useful to use oil prior to visit to ensure wax can be removed easily. Arrived early. Taken immediately. Audiologist friendly and welcoming. Micro suction procedure clearly explained. Treatment completed very quickly. Overall a very satisfying experience.

Couldn?t recommend enough! Went for my first appointment 5 days ago as I couldn?t hear from my left ear due to wax blockage, however due to an ear infection my impacted wax couldn?t be removed at the time so they asked me to come back in 5 days time, where the lovely specialist was able to remove all wax with microsuction. It?s amazing being able to hear again! Thank you so much

A revelation! Now the NHS has given up on those of a waxy ear, it?s nice to find someone who offers a technological advancement as well as meeting an ongoing need. I suspect I will be a repeat customer?

Went for a hearing test recently with Priyanka. She was really professional and friendly and explained everything as we went along. I don't need hearing aids - yet! - but if/when I do I would not hesitate to go back.

Excellent service - both my ears were well and truely blocked and Sumit had to use a combination of methods to remove all the wax which he succeded in doing. No pain, no fuss - very professional.
