This is absolutely not a superstore, its small with very little variety of items. The staff are tired, miserable and rude and will quite regularly stand in your way, move their cart into your path or walk/stand 2-3people abreast and completely ignore you.

The fridges and freezers are all back up and this store has a decent range of products, however this store needs an overhaul as I see other Tesco stores that comply with the relevant Tesco design, as well as the technology being outdated.

It's too small for a superstore with limited options. Also, the layout of the store is not very well organised. Enough parking space with free parking after 6:30 PM.

The supplier of avocados deserves to be investigated as they are often rotten in some parts and still hard in others in the same avocado. I know they all come from different countries from seasonal sources at different times in the year but an investigation of the source is always highly recommended. I do experience this many times. The avocado in the photograph was attempted for saving with balsamic vinegar?

Worst experience I?ve ever had ! Aggressive , and out of control male by the name of MARCO at this store ! Pointing into my face screaming as something fell off a shelf ! This male is unhinged and a DANGER. Will be taking this further

Rude and disrespectful. A staff member by the name of Marco was shooting this morning at one of the customers and asking him to come outside to have a fight with him. Surely this man is a customer and deserves to be respected and treated with degnity.I am not going to shop in this supermarket again after seeing what happens. Honestly shocking.

The shop is fine, there are always 3-4 self service tills "out of order" at any given time (I've never seen them all open in the 8 months I've lived here).I've heard the Shift Leader be very aggressive and angry, shouting around the store, and judging by the other reviews this must have been going on for a while without consequence. Today he got in a fight with a customer he was accusing of shoplifting, and the security guard was trying to pull the shift leader away! But he was screaming and swearing at the customer, grabbing him. We went out the back exit as they were blocking the entrance, and then the fight was brought out into the car park, with two members of staff trying to stop the fight whilst the shift leader was PUNCHING AND KICKING THE CUSTOMER. The security guard was even trying to encourage the customer to walk away because he couldn't get the shift worker to stop. This is unbelievably unprofessional. When I worked in retail we were always told NOT to go after shoplifters; you could confront them verbally, but certainly not get into a fight with them! The shop has insurance AND a security guard, there's absolutely no reason for the shift lead to be getting physically involved. I hope there are serious consequences for this, his consistent pattern of aggressive behaviour needs to be addressed.It's also concerning just how many leaks there are in the roof - is anything being done about this? It's been dripping for about two weeks now, with the number of buckets and puddles on the floor growing.I will say that some of the staff are absolutely lovely though! There's a very nice man who is often on self-service (short black hair, glasses) who always recognises me and is really nice, and a wonderful lady often on self service (shoulder length brown hair) who is absolutely lovely, she's always so sweet and compliments me and we always have a nice little chat!
