I asked for an ice cube in my black Americano so it was drinking temperature, when I walked out and sipped it, it was cold. I requested a new one as it was too cold, the barista powered out half my coffee and topped it up with hot water.

I ordered a few items from starbucks Teddington, however the first order the straws were missed out by the driver but BEATA very kindly spoke to me on the phone authorised a refund as we couldn't drink the frapaccuinos.
I ordered again today and not only the drinks are spot on, extra straws and also a muffin as a thank you.

So disappointed with my experience. I'm 5 months pregnant, I come into Starbucks to work a couple of time a week. I spend between £10-20 whilst I'm there, I'm always polite, I clean up after myself etc.
Today I bought a panini and asked for some ice and a top up of my water bottle The server told me to get the water myself and said no to the ice. I saw her making many, many, many iced drinks, so there was clearly enough ice for a paid for drink.
I feel nauseous when I do not drink cold water.
Shocked that she couldn't give me a couple of cubes of ice & I wouldn't usually ask, it's just because I'm pregnant and its warm weather.
I left feeling upset, undervalued and really disappointed with her service.

No wifi! No longer a great work location for me.Usually brilliant experience, often come here to work and keep energy up buying drinks and food throughout my time there, but the wifi has been down for the past two weeks and the staff can't do anything to fix it.
