Friendly staff, very helpful also some good items

The shop is closed most of the time without any notification when it will be open.Ones when it was open I asked the lady for what reason and she said because there is no volunteers. I told her that English is not my first language but I could help as a volunteer. She refused immediately and said that they don't need.It is not nice to contradict in this childish way with clients and people ready to help.It was very good shop four - five months ago.
