I am delivery driver and I gone ro collect the order as per instructed on deliveroo app on 6 July. But they send me ticket. How they can issue ticket when you people instructed the way. Order was not ready so I have to cancel and come back..Horizon parking and Nandos trying to cheat people by giving ticket randomly to any driver who comes to pickup the order. Is it money making company?or looser company.?why I had been issued ticket for no reason.??

The Nando?s restaurant has always been my favourite. Barely a crowd. You can have a proper chat. Food is good. Short queue or no queue at all. Short wait for the food. Staff are friendly and welcoming, all smiling when you come in.
Sanjay was particularly helpful, he assisted us in registering our NHS account through website and the app. So we don?t have to show our NHS IDs again.

Never to Nandos befor show to table and left. Took us a while to realise had to order a bar and all the sources were along the back. Suppose it's OK if know how it works not agin for us.

I dine here when I'm staying in the area, which is a couple of times a month and always good. However, tonight (03/06/25) it was a shocker! Poor service and food. Customer lost and I await a response from nando's

I was extremely impressed with the service provided at Nando?s Teddington today! Sanjay was the person who welcomed us to the restaurant. He made every effort to try and find a table for us as quickly as possible, keeping us informed and asking for our approval of the tables he managed to fit together. Very impressed. Customer service at its best!!!
