“I just want to say how wonderful and supportive this branch of Superdrug is. The staff and lovely manager here are so welcoming and helpful which has been a comfort as I recently developed OCD. I never struggled a year ago so this is new to me and It has made shopping difficult sometimes but they have recognised it and supported me if I’ve ever struggled. I love my beauty products and cosmetics so I really appreciate still being able to go to this particular branch. I can’t say I’ve had this experience in any other shops to be honest so thank you to the wonderful staff who are demonstrating patience, wonderful customer service and being positive about disabilities. It really does make a difference”
