We rented out an apartment with the help of Georgia Lidyard, and she was lovely and very helpful. The onboarding process took a little bit more time than anticipated but that was done by a third-party company. Other than that, it was a smooth ride!

We have just had an incredibly positive experience with Hamptons Estate Agents in Teddington and in Richmond, with our new house purchase. Honey Starling and Tom Headden were both excellent at immediate communication and help throughout the process and Honey was perfect at greeting us and showing us around the property when we first went to see it.I cannot recommend them more highly.

First time renting a property for over a decade and first time in London so was quite apprehensive. However Georgia at Hamptons was great at reassuring me and helping me with the entire process. She was extremely efficient with all my enquires, including setting up a visit of the property with less than 18 hours notice.Further they got me in touch with Just Move In, which has helped with the move in process regarding bills and council tax. All very efficient.

I would like to state my best recommendation to the Hamptons Estate (London, UK); I really enjoyed staying in a rented apartment !The property manager, Ms. Gemma Ward, is very professional, kind and helpful! The process of moving in and the handover of keys went smoothly.She also helped me a lot with her suggestions about renting in the UK in general.

We are so grateful to Georgia at Hamptons for finally succeeding with our rental search in Teddington. Honey Starling Twickenham worked with us on selling four properties over the pandemic period. She was always very helpful and seemed happy to speak to me, at any time, took ownership of my questions, and provided advice and guidance during the sales process. That is a rarely seen attribute these days and it was very much appreciated, as at some points the process of selling our property was quite pretty stressful.

I?ve been renting for many years, at times it?s been beyond stressful just dealing with agents. I will now only recommend Hamptons in Teddington. They have proved to be by far the most efficient, helpful and easy to deal with over any of their competitors in this area. As a tenant, my property manager is Gemma Ward and she is a star. My heating died overnight, the house was like a freezer on Monday morning. Quick email to Gemma, she had engineers here by midday to fix the issue. Very happy in our new home knowing we?re in capable and friendly hands.

We had been in the hotel for more than a month, spent so much in search of an apartment. We came across some agents while searching but Hamptons Estate Agents stood out as the BEST. They were so prompt, trustworthy & very professional.We moved into the apartment within a short period. One of their staff by name Georgia, was exceptionally amazing.
