Food was an hour late and freezing cold. They said they had tried to deliver it earlier but they didn't as I was sitting outside the house.

ordered delivery on Mon 12/05/25,Ordered a Half-and-Half pizza expecting Domino?s usual quality, but this was the worst I?ve received. The sauce was just thrown on randomly with no care, and the presentation was shocking. One half was supposed to be Margherita for the kids, but pieces of vegetables from the other half were scattered all over. Clearly, no attention to detail.
Tried reaching out via HelloDominos, only to find this branch isn't even part of the official group ? which explains a lot. Just take a look at the negative reviews and you?ll see a pattern. Time to wake up and take customer feedback seriously.

Early Friday evening collection. They marked it as ready when they hadn't even started making it. Long delay. Due to being totally understaffed with 1 guy doing everything.

usually very good. Maybe they are under new management because the pizza's of late have been poor quality. Missing toppings or sparsely applied. One order they completely forgot to put on the pizza sauce then wouldnt pick up the phone when I called them to complain,

I would say this is our go-to pizza delivery, however it's getting more and more expensive everytime we open the app. I realised last night we only ordered 3 times in 2024 and at £48 for a family of 2.5 itll probably be less often in 2025. That said, you know what you're getting in terms of quality. It's big, filling, greasy and tasty which is perfect if that's your poison. There are better pizzas out there and certainly more authentic ones but not many taste better than domino's does the-morning-after. Perfect leftovers for lunches.
Delivery drivers are very nice guys and the service is always supremely reliable. The quality and portions are absolutely fine and I enjoy that dominoes regularly updates its offerings and flavours.

Dominos is just getting worse as the years pass.
Just a handful of toppings on a large pizza & not much cheese. So glad I didn?t pay full price for this but it?s still not worth the offer price either.
