Chose the scope of the work, agreed materials, chose the carpet, underlay and transition bar, then fitters arrived and told me there is no transition bar on the order. What an embarrassment. I am losing my precious time with a high rate per hour for managing those issues. And you call the shop, nobody picks up the phone the whole day. Thank you for support. It is not only about selling stuff, learn how to keep your customers satisfied and cross checking that everything is fine.Review update: the store manager could eventually reach out to the fitter and the bar was installed free of charge. But I was lucky that the fitter had a spare bar I wanted in his van ("antique brass"). So elevating the review from 1 to 3 stars, as fitters were good and did their job fine. However, the fact that there was an obvious mistake on the order the store should have spotted, and nobody picked up the phone for hours is a matter to worry. Should not be like that. Lesson learnt: cross check every little details yourself.

We have been thru 4 different CarpetRight shop and its the Teddington branch team I must say are most customer friendly and knowledgeable in getting you the right product for your whole house carpet needs. Its daunting to go into a shop with so many carpet choices in the store but they are there to give advise and comment on what best suits your needs in colour tones, types of underlays and the trimmings needed for your house. Fitting done last week, its perfect. Overall I would definitely recommend any of my friends to visit Teddington shop for their carpet needs.
