Horrid, unfriendly, unsmiley staff. If you hate the job, don’t do it, but don’t condescend to us. They don’t seem to have any idea of how important it is to the paying customer to get a perfect cup of coffee. Both baristas’ attitude led me to get out of my happy place and descend into their negative mentality.
