Worst Boots I've ever been to

Today, I had one of the worst experiences at my local Boots, a store I?ve been visiting for many years. The manager was extremely rude. While I was using my Yuka app, he approached me without asking what I was doing and immediately confronted me. In a rude manner, he said, ?Excuse me, you?re scanning, you?re on my premises,? repeatedly emphasizing that I was on his premises and he is the manager. He assumed I was conducting an audit without any clarification and continued to assert his authority, stating that he was the store manager and implying that he had the right to ask me to leave.

They didn't accept Always coupon for sensitive bladders, and told the manager is not there today, what a disgrace for both Always and Boots!!! The person didn't even try to solve the problem, and told us to come back Monday when the manager will come back, which is really complicated for disabled person like me

I was actually pretty surprised at how awful the service is in here. Shelves were sparsely filled and the woman at the checkout scanned my items and chuck them onto the checking area, so much so one actually fell off the desk; with not a care of the fact I was purchasing them and wanted to keep them intact(?!) She didn?t seem to care at all and when I asked her where something was she just said ?where you got the other thing from?? i had bought a mix of all sorts of products so this wasn?t helpful. I asked her to show me. She didn?t give me a receipt at the end of my check out and just walked off after I paid. I had to ask. Honestly i wouldn?t go back nor recommend this branch.

Never opens on time! Staff member standing outside on phone until finally deciding to unlock. Once in, no one to serve at the counter due to staff ?setting up?.
Usually well stocked for the essentials though

I?ve been in to this branch twice. Both times, the staff have been rude and unhelpful - felt as if I was troubling them by walking in. Not my experience in other Boots branches, which have generally been helpful. It seems the staff simply aren?t trained at this branch. I won?t be visiting again.

1 pharmacy woman only. She works on foot all time . Over worked . No one helps her .
Most time she says she doesn?t know the answer and send people to see doctor

Bucket above head all time without cone on floor no warning sign at all .huge health safety hazard

I work across the road from this branch and everyday it?s never open on time- very late to open, delivery drivers are waiting to deliver but can?t and end up being late for their next stops as no staff is there to accept the deliver, this is appalling. The shop is always low on stock of hundreds of products. Worst boots branch I?ve ever used and I have used this branch and others my entire life.

An awful lot of gaps on the shelves but staff are very helpful.I wonder if this store is earmarked for closure?Four stars well deserved.
