Came in twice today, and was served by the same gentleman Graham.
His whole approach was friendly, no pressure and had a happy to help attitude made coming here a nice experience.

If you're in a rush don't bother. One staff member serving at all times and a £100 parking fine if this joker cannot get to you within 20 minutes..

Avoid that place very slow staff working together with parking awareness service they kept me there 21 minutes so I've been fined whit 100£ parking charges notice ....shame on you tool station..

Terrible, be aware, hard to park, staff very slow, leaving after 21 minutes of parking I got penalty £100 and no appeal accepted even though I have provided invoice for my purchase. No one does that, ridiculous. I won't be shopping at toolstation now

Toolstations can be slow and have staff that tell you they know nothing!I was incredibly shocked to the point I felt I had to leave a review, Please make sure you keep staff like the guy who was working yesterday, he does plumbing work as a side hustle and was overly helpful in discussing what parts I needed, techniques and possible problems I may encounter. For South London this is a bit of a strange, glitch in the matrix.I couldn't recommend this place enough, the heating is always on scorching hot (could be turned down a little.) And wait times aren't half as bad as the Dulwich one!KEEP IT UP, pay for staff that have real life experience in the field.

You only get 20 mins parking, otherwise you get a fine. Just dont bother go elsewhere, soon be out of bussiness.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! the store is understaffed to serve customers within 20 minutes and car park is managed by scambags issuing fines if staff members fail to serve you (and others ahead of you) and you do not leave site within 20 minutes. Toolstation head office does not care about crooks at 'parking awarness services' trying to steal money from their customers.

Terrible place to shop as I went there last wk 1st time ever & now got parking fine of £100 as stayed in the queue 3 minutes more as you get your order or not Please get out after 18min as after 20min you get a fine in the post.Toolstation will say its got nothing to do with us
