Got given wrong order. Means that the guy working there did not check my name vs the order note before handing it over to me . I didn't spot this mistake til i was about 5 miles away . Went back " Well that was the number you gave me..." (ie Customer was wrong ). One of the other staff thinks that customers are an inconvenience... read full comment

Just came in and brought a drill the lady on the front desk was lovely I think her name was Natasha very pleasant
