Ian, one of the staff, is the absolute nicest person that I have ever met. He is very helpful and has a very good heart! I would recommend this shop! Prices are great and staff is so nice and helpful!!!!

arranged to bring a large donation to the shop and they gave me a best day to bring it in. On the day as I was unpacking and bringing to the door at opening time i was met by a very rude man with a very offensive manner telling me not leave stuff on the doorstep i informed him i was not doing that just unpacking car to bring in when the shop opened in 5 mins. He took the bags and shut the door i tried to talk to him but he stayed the other side of the door sweeping and just ignored me. It was a very upsetting experience as only trying to help the animals and lots of the donations were new clothes. I will not be going there again. someone needs to learn some manners

I stumbled in this shop for the first time to make purchase in a charity shop, I must confess that I got an amazing service by the staff Ian,he was very helpful , professional and very patient throughout my shopping there. I?d say with him I?d go back to shop anytime I am around. Great service and reception.

I am extremely angry that they have STILL not sorted out gift aid and are throwing away one pond in every five. I have donated here for years and always gift aides my donations. Suddenly about 2 years ago, long before covid they stopped eth facility I am not giving anything else until they sort this out
