Ordered a double cheeseburger meal. Used the toilet whilst waiting. Only disabled toilet available which was dirty - pee all over the seat and floor. Went to collect my order, medium fries half filled. Stood waiting for a member of staff to acknowledge me to ask them to top them up. Eventually I got someone?s attention and they sorted it. Went to sit down and the free table was dirty. Took the cleaner around 5-7mins to clean it properly as well as the floor. By that time I sat somewhere else. Flies all around the condiments area. Burger was cold and dry. Wouldn?t recommend. Won?t be back again.

A very busy place, we waited ages for our food, we tried 2 of the new burgers which were ok, they looked less appealing than the advertised promotion, chips undercooked.

I popped with my child, he only eats chips in there, but also happy with burger bun.. so I asked member of staff if I could just buy plain bun.. I was charged for cheeseburger and left waiting.. so I managed to ask another member of staff that I was misunderstood.. he actually got it what I wanted, by order number came cheeseburger without a cheese.. but I really wanted only bun.. so the second person fixed it for me.. I asked if I?m still charged for a full price the first person who serve me and made mistake cause he assumed and didn?t listen.. said that by their policy even if I remove something from the burger the price stays.. so I?ve got burger bun in price of burger.. and no I didn?t asked to remove anything.. if he listened I asked if I could pay for a plain bun..

Three weeks in a row I have ordered a sausage McMuffin with no bun. Cheese is stuck to the box and inedible. Today they just gave me a bun and stuck the cheese there. As a diabetic I cannot have the buns. Today I called and asked them to be mindful. And once again my uber eats order is wrong. Crappy crappy service at this place.

Absolutely filthy. Filthy floors, filthy counters, filthy tables, food leftovers everywhere. And it?s meant to be a place that serves food. Also, the world?s slowest fast food restaurant - if you can even call it that. Customer service non existent. Never again!
