Ordered a double cheeseburger meal. Used the toilet whilst waiting. Only disabled toilet available which was dirty - pee all over the seat and floor. Went to collect my order, medium fries half filled. Stood waiting for a member of staff to acknowledge me to ask them to top them up. Eventually I got someone’s attention... read full comment
