Familiar feeling

Nice to have an accessible Lidl on the high street. And for a relatively small area it lacks in a lot of shop.
The bakery is a welcome boon with some great quality at reasonable prices - (I personally am a massive fan of the almond croissants - warmed, with a little butter and jam is absolutely divine! ?)
and in general you can find a really good selection of things - with the price as always being extremely attractive.
Love it.

It?s all about the ?Lidl Middle Isle? ?? The queues to pay and leave are phenomenal, can?t understand why they don?t open all the manned tills up.

The fresh bakery section is decent here as it's cheap and cheerful compared to others in the area like the Sainsbury's or the Tesco which charge over £1.20 for their croissants.
However, the quality and taste is there with sainsbury's and Tesco. If you don't mind the quality being standard or not being able to tell the difference then the £0.69 you pay here at this place won't bother you

They had all the Food Items I needed

Popped in this evening and used the self service tills. Had an issue with scanning my Lidl Plus app and required assistance from staff. Perhaps it was a busy time, but customer service was poor with a dismissive, patronising attitude shown by the female staff member. I think I'll stick with my usual store Aldi.

It's Lidl. Feels like your on holiday with a strong pound. Update: it's a bit more upmarket now but still classic Lidl.

I normally go to Aldi which is 5 mn walk from me. This time i decided to drive to shop in Lidl as i've just sign up to Lidlplus. The shop was ok. However, the parking was awful ! It's very small
and there are only a few spaces. I managed to find a space at the rear of Lidl. But after shopping pushing my trolley through the car park took all the strenght I had.I had to literally carry the trolley and push because on the condition of the pathway leading to the carpark .It's full of stones, potholes , uneven surfaces all the way. PLEASE LIDL RESURFACE THE REAR CARPARK. It wasn't a good shopping experience. It was my first and last time. I'm back to Aldi where i can easily park in and out.

You can?t entice clients to your store with loyalty cards, discount coupons etc and not have any cell reception so you can?t scan at check out.
