Abbs was so amazing and helpful. Got my tyres fixed overnight and reassured me through the whole process. Great professional and a lovely guy. I definitely recommend.

Absolutely atrocious 'service' and attitude from Abs here. Incredibly rude and dismissive so much so that other customers had to intervene and try to placate him. Clearly a raging racist or misogynist. either way, he is a wholly unprofessional and shameful representation of Halfords. He refused to listen, was unwilling to help, persisted in ignoring my requests for help much to the dismay of myself and others watching. clearly this is normal for him considering the number of reviews commenting on him. Why haven't Halfords taken disciplinary action??? T

I bought four new tyres from National Tyres inclusive of fitting. I picked the closest Halfords garage in Sydenham, London for fitting the tyres. I was given choice of fitting time slots with increments of half hour.On arrival to garage I was told the fitting would take under two hours. In fact, it took over three hours of my waiting outside the garage. At some point I requested to have my car back and I was refused. I called National Tyres customer service and they didn't want to deal with the issue. They just put me through to Halfords who are notoriously famous for being unhelpful. I learned from customer service that the issue was entirely my problem with the particular garage and it had nothing to do with either National Tyres or Halfords.Not a good experience with Halfords garage. Try to avoid these guys.

Had my MOT today. Car dropped off at 10am - and had it back by 11am. Passed with no advisories. They recommended an oxygen sensor clean, only £33 so went ahead with it. Kept me updated throughout. Great service and a nice chat with the man on reception x

Been bringing my diesel car here for 6 years. Bought a new car which started showing the engine management light so booked it in for a diagnostic test, took the day off work only to get there and the Manager Abs to tell me they do not touch diesel cars and will not put it on a machine to find out the issue and He won't touch diesel cars and have to go to a diesel specialist!!! Bizarre.Called 3 other branches who said they have never heard of that and asked to speak to him, He still refused to do it so went to another Halfords auto centre who did it for me and told me the problem.

Did my MOT on 31st December. 3rd year in a row with this branch for Service and MOT and customer service great as usual! Even got a discount which was much appreciated at this time of the year.

I never thought I'd find anyone worse than KwickFit.Paid for a 4 wheel alignment. I watched it being done and thought "that doesn't look right" even though i'm not a mechanic. Now i have to buy 2 front tyres that have worn on the inside because of a negative camber.

Visited Halfords recently for the installation of two new front tires and to address a punctured rear tire purchased from them four weeks ago. Shockingly, their workmanship was subpar as one of the new tires was mounted in the wrong direction. To add to the frustration, they refused to repair the punctured rear tire. Eventually sought help from my local shop to rectify the situation. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I have no intention of returning as a customerService: Tires
