I ordered some products from B&Q online for home delivery, 1 out of 3 items arrived in 2 working days, then I was told that the other 2 items will be arriving 4 days later and they are not shipped by b&q but by credited vendors. I’m sorry b&q but you have to do better this is shocking service. I used b&q for convenience... read full comment
