As a fan of Waterstones, I frequently visit this location with my family, as well as the Kingston and flagship branches. The store is always clean and pleasant.
The upstairs café is spacious, providing a comfortable spot to relax with a coffee. The prices here are lower than at other branches, and the staff are always friendly. I can't imagine life without Waterstones!

Really the only decent coffee shop in Sutton. Good friendly service, reasonably priced coffee and, usually, plenty of seats. A relaxing pleasant atmosphere.

I really like this store - friendly and helpful staff, wide range of books, good café, BUT - the music. ? It is intrusive and jarring, making it hard to concentrate or relax. A lot of it is Country, which many of us detest! Please turn it off. We do not need it and it spoils the atmosphere.

I ordered a book and pre paid for it. They told me I wouldn't need a receipt to pick it up, however.By the time the book arrived I told my partner to pick it up, since the book was a gift for her, the clerk made her pay for it claiming I still hadn't done so.
