Sadly a very bad experience with a member of staff called Warren at the Sutton store.Rude, arrogant, unhelpful.Not words Vodafone should be proud of. Quite simply this boy is destroying Vodafones reputation. Looking at previous reviews I can?t see how Vodafone are still employing this awful person who has no interest in offering even a basic level of customer service, let alone a high quality one. Also asked to speak to a manager and told we don?t have one by him whilst he blatantly laughed at us. He obviously knows how bad he is?If this is how Vodafone are proud to treat potential new buisness then I?d avoid at all costs

I had a fantastic experience with Zoe who assisted me in store. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to resolve my issues. Her excellent communication skills and willingness to help made the process smooth and stress-free. I'm extremely grateful for her outstanding customer service.

Had a problem with my bill and went into the Sutton store to ask for help. The atmosphere was so warm and friendly and they were so helpful. Unfortunately they can?t help with bills you have to call customer services but Josh got them on the phone for me and dealt with it on my behalf. Was so helpful and I will definitely stay with Vodafone just because of their staff at Sutton! Brilliant team

Went into the shop the other day to organise a new contract. I?m not the best with all this so I asked the staff if they could simplify the process to me as best as they can. They went above and beyond to show me the best customer service you could ask for, very friendly and professional, as well as, getting the the job done without any struggle. Safe to say I will be recommending everyone I know to take their business there.

Going into phone shops can be a mixed bag of experiences. With so many tariffs and products to wade through, I'm never quite sure whether I'm being sold the best for me or the best for the company. My visit to Vodafone Sutton last week was on the of the best. I walked out, new phone, new contract that fits exactly what I need for the price I expected to pay. The young staff member was knowledgeable and patient with my questions, took her time and did make me feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. I've been with Vodafone for a long time and with service like this, no need to consider moving. Thoroughly recommend.

Went into Vodafone last weekend to renew my contract and buy a new phone - was pleasantly surprised when the extremely knowledgeable and helpful Sales Executive, (wish I had taken her name!) - gave me some great advice and I ended up changing to Sim only, having my mobile battery refreshed and coming out of the store with a reduction in my monthly costs. Thank you , you have a new 2 year contract commitment from me and I have a mobile that doesn't run out of battery and a reduction in my monthly outgoings. I'd say that's a win win all round. Go vodafone - not just trying to get more money out of your client but understanding the strain we're all under at the moment.Edit: Just remembered her name - it was Zoe - thank you ZOE!!!

total numpties. so full of themselves managing the "queue" which could be fixed by a small sign and a box of laminated numbers.Too much chat, just get on with it.Too much posturing, "oh im getting my iphone today, you'll have to mind the shop while i'm out" (who gives a flying f)And the reason i came to the store, not accomplished. he said he'd fixed it. but not fixed. reverted to the website chatbot. Rather deal with guy in Estonia or Bangladesh than these self-important idiots

I needed a SIM replacement as my phone was going for repair and my phone had an esimThe store staff was not at all cooperative on this and requested me to call Vodafone directly saying that they are having an errorI called 191 and spoke Vodafone from the store and Vodafone Tele representative requested me if I could pass my phone to Vodafone Sutton tech whose name is Warren.Warren was so rude to the Vodafone tele team too and said you don't know the store policies please order a SIM on the phone as we can not help in giving the SIM.He did not even try to go to a different terminal to see if the error was comming on the other terminal.I am very disappointed with the service given to me at this store and will never go back to this store.I even asked for a manager and Warren said we don't have managers in our store. I am just surprised how they work.Thanks to the Vodafone phone team who at the end resolved by ordering the replacement SIM but that will come in two days?. While it could have been done at the store in few mins if Warren wanted.

I went to this store a few weeks back and spoke to murat the store manager about a complex issue with my WiFi account where I had multiple WiFi accounts I were paying for that I didn't need but for some reason couldn't get removed, up to this point I had spent almost 10 hours on the phone, multiple visits to different stores and no one could sort this problem for me but finally after a very frustrating time, murat spent over an hour with me in store on the phone and computer and managed to get my issues sorted for me. Absolutely superb service and a massive thank you for helping me finally get my issues resolved

I'm very positive.. but I was beat down mentally.. by a certain individual in this shop .Will not mention there name... but was completely clueless kept us there for nearly an hour to just let me no the phone was reserved.. I genuinely think he messed up on the computer.. will now go somewhere else

I visited the Sutton store today to get a new SIM for my new phone,I was served by a young man called Albert...he was extremely helpful,polite and knowledgeable,it was no problem for him at all to help me and he quickly provided me with my new SIM....Thank You Vodafone... I've been a customer of yours for nearly 30 years....yes!! 30 years!!!!and would never change???You are stars!!
