Still a little expensive but I was welcomed back to Body Shop experience by Phyu who really knew her products & was so cheerful that I bought a couple more products that I used to use!! Banana hair mask being one ? I will defo return...Thank you x

Worst lady at till. Harrassing the customer and accusing the customer who came in at 4:00 pm and refused to take the payment. But she took payment from other customers. Looks like their internal staffs has ego clash. Will not visit this place again unless TheBodyshop fires this lady!

Reasonably stocked outlet though appears small from outside. Convenient location on the high street. Membership provides discounts and benefits.

Highly recommend "The Body Shop" & it's loyalty club, "Love your Body Club", where realistic rewards are offered, honest sale promotions regularly provided without any gimmick tactics & products really lovely. Customer services are equally very helpful, polite & efficient, as are delivery services used by "The Body Shop" (DPD UK & Hermes). Our Sutton Store ladies are always extremely polite, friendly & helpful, as were Kingston branch recently visited. Both stores immaculately clean, well organised & products beautifully displayed. Their advent calendars are wonderful & it's great to be able to order online for delivery direct to your relative's door. (It's only a shame that "The Body Shop" do not operate a universal link ie., between their French & UK stores for example as we have French relatives whom I'd arrange direct delivery to). New products always being presented in store/ online (click & collect also available).Ordered some excellent gifts towards Xmas at half price, benefitting from a free gift (worth £28), free delivery & received £15 rewards off next purchase(s). Items were placed carefully in porch by both delivery services mentioned (as requested), arriving carefully & well packaged.Finally, several family members have both problematic &/or sensitive skin; to date, we've had no issue with any product which has proved both luxurious & beneficial. Super company who deserve to do well ?

Lovely staff at the Sutton Body Shop! They know their stuff, and are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They are also super-friendly, without being cringe, and point-out offers on the items I like. A very nice shopping experience, and tonight, I shall smell AMAZING!!

Everytime I go in there I get approached by staff asking me if I want help but they look over me and follow me around like I'm going to steal something. The one in Kingston they dont follow me around or approach me every time I enter the store.
