Three times I tried the glasses that had been "adjusted" to my prescription they had raised.. still issues 4 weeks after I collected them. Have just returned them for a refund due mainly to the poor attitude of the "lady" that answered the phone to me when I rang to report there was still an issue. Who also told me there was nothing more they could do to help me, before I told her what was wrong.. awful service!!I has a reply asking me to contact them after they read my review.. left 2vmessages at the branch.. guess what.. no call back.. they obviously do jot care about customers at all.. or in my case now an ex customer!!!!

I have visited the Sutton branch, a day earlier than the given date. I wanted to see if it was ready to collect as I was in Sutton already. I was greeted and served by SOUBAN. He tried to find my glasses and brought them to within 5 minutes. I really appreciate the service he provided for me at the store.

We had Specsavers letter that need repeat our tests, booked our appointments, but receptionist told, that my husbands time not on the system and we are not allowed to have any tests on this year. This is horrible service, that we need to doing if our vision gets worse? They told need to wait one year! Never recommend this service.

Poor. Optician gave me a health check. All I wanted to do is have new frames for the frames I had that was broken with the same prescription . Gave me a ridiculous prescription for long distance when I had varifocal lens. I had gone to Specsavers just to get new frames 2 weeks later...they had one chance!!!! Still got it wrong I'm going back to my independent optician, it may cost more but at least my prescription is on record and receive the service longer than a quick 10 minute slot at Specsavers.

Excellent help from Bodgar Dobre (I hope I have spelt the name correctly) from the choice of frames, advising which shape was best for my face, type of lens coating and arranging for a rush job as I was going to be travelling for a month. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you
