Brilliant stationary shop but smaller than expected. We went there and brought a whole set of 42 pieces for only £20.

Rude and unhelpful customer service

Terrible staff, rude and unprofessional. I came with my children to buy backpacks, after the children chose the options they liked, my daughter, who was 6, held them in her hands and we continued to look at other school things, when I moved 2 meters away to look at the lunch box, one of the workers who was standing next to us and literally listened to what we were talking about, took the backpack from my daughter with such a disdainful look and began to put it back on the shelf, when I asked what are you doing, we want to buy them, to which she replied, I want to take the paper from the inside, took them and left at the till , like if they want to buy, sell them, this is despite the fact that we were not even going to go to the till yet, as a result, I only bought a backpack and only so as not to upset the children. but I will not go to this store again where you throw away £40 for a backpack and you are treated not as a customer with children, namely children are the main consumers, but as a thief without any reason for this. Shame on such stuff, after which you feel disgusting.

Went to Sutton Smiggles for daughter school shopping, Store manager is very rude and very unprofessional coming behind every step and picking on us, looks embarrassing as she is very rude towards us.
