First time using this garage and I was very impressed with the service and workmanship. They even picked up and delivered my car back to me free of charge. Communication was excellent so I felt I understood everything that needed doing and the costs were reasonable and well explained. Will definitely be using again. Thank you!

I'm a driving instructor who was involved in an accident where another driver hit my car from behind. Immediately when that happened I knew being a self employed person. Everything is on me too ensure I get back to earning as quickly as possible until I called the magician STEVE @ sjc Motors. He literally took over my problem and within an hour of calling him, He organised my car for repairs, a courtesy car and solicitors to deal with the claim. Within 3 days after I got a courtesy car and after 6 days I got my car repaired and cleaned to a very high standard. 5 star service throughout. Steve is the man. Thank you.Ali

It's not often that I seek out to review garages on line as I often do most of the maintenance work myself but I'm making an exception here due to the terrific service that SJC motors and( Steve in particular) provided for me.My Kia sportage went in due to some rear wing damage I had. This was arranged by my insurance company who were leasing with SJC.My battery also failed tho the day before my car was due to go in for the repair so I asked Steve if they could investigate this at the same time.I got my car back in about 3 or 4 days all fixed up and looking as good as new. They even delivered my car to my home address without me requesting this!I was charged for a new battery and fitting but I thought that £144 to supply and fit a heavy duty battery such as mine was very good. I have had a 5 star service here from very proffesional and efficient people. Thanks guys, You handled this extremely well and I wouldn't hesitate to use you again or recommend you to anyone.Great job!WillieServices: Auto body & trim repair

OMG! This is the best garage I?ve ever used!I was referred to SJC as part of an insurance claim, everything was efficient and swiftly dealt with from the estimate quote to the repairs of my car, I think this was by Steve, he?s very personable and super efficient!As part of my repairs one of my exhausts needed to be replaced, I thought it was a nice touch that they replaced both exhaust tips rather than just the one so they looked the same.We also thought the exhaust tips were different to the ones we had before, Glen took this on board and did a thorough investigation whilst we were there with him. In the end they were the correct exhaust tips but he went to a great deal of effort to alleviate our concerns.During this process we discovered another scratch on the car which we thought could have been part of the accident, but despite coming to the conclusion that the scratch was not part of the claim, Glen came back to my property and buffed out the scratch with no charge!!! Amazing!!!This is my go to garage !! Oh and they also washed my car inside and out!!!!!Highly recommend!!

Although many many years later I feel like I need to share my experience. SJC was a Good garage scheme member back then. Took the car to have a worn alternator belt replaced, it wasn?t mentioned at all that the tensioner might need replacing, I would have accepted. Of course it went bad after the new belt was replaced. When I went back, the ball bearing for the said tensioner was sprayed with wd40 and was sent on my way???. Had to replace that shortly somewhere else. As I said, it was a long time ago, things might have changed.

Brilliant customer service! I can recommend them 100%. My car was picked up and delivered back after having work done to repair it after an idiot hit the rear of my car. You now wouldn't know that anything had been damaged. Can't thank them enough for the care they have shown and should I need anything else done I will definitely contact them again.

Well where do I start,First of all I would like to thank all of the team for being so efficient and helpful, but mainly I would like to thank Steve.I had a car accident and I was left to find my own repair garage to get it sorted, I was recommended this garage by a family member who also brings there cars here & I am blown away at the service.I called one afternoon to ask for a quote, Steve suggested for me to bring my car down that day and on the same day the quote was done and sent it to my insurance.I received a courtesy car from SJC?s whilst my car was in for repair & it has come out looking brand new.I?m so pleased, beyond grateful! What a great bunch of people!! I will continue to use this garage in the future!!!High recommend anyone to use this garage for anything car related!!!

SJC will be my new garage of choice for bodywork and MOT/Servicing. Just had an accident recently and had some bumper and rearside damage, i was told by my insurers that SJC would take 30 days to complete this, it was done in under a week and the MOT a day early.
