Great products that compare very well on price against similar retailers. The app is simple to use, and you immediately know if items are in stock. Even if they aren't, delivery from the depot usually only takes one working day. I collect from store, and the process couldn't be easier. Fast,efficient and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I have been a customer for many years, and they are great. I can get most things I need for cheaper prices compared to Selco and B&Q, and the quality is very good. It is easy to return items if I make a mistake. All the staff are people, and I get my stuff quickly.

General speaking they are okay but there are some people who do not know what they do. They had to refund me but it was wrongly process by those and I had to speak to account team in HQ. I wasted a lot of time to chase them up as it took weeks which I do not understand.
